I turned 50 in May, and after a half of a century of living, I can honestly say I have never seen so many people facing such difficult times. As I look around, I see people losing their faith, their confidence, their homes, their jobs, and the list goes on and on. Unfortunately I can count myself among those people and have recently found myself chewing on the root of bitterness.

The root of bitterness as I call it is a trap that is easy to fall into, and if you’re there, you’re not alone because if you read the Bible, you will notice most of the people in it did the same.
